Data retention policy

If you do not want topics and their recordings persisted forever, you can now set a retention policy for them. You can set a retention period for topics (title, notes, participants, and other metadata) and recordings (video, audio, screen sharing, transcription) separately.

For example, you can set recordings to be deleted after six months and topics with their notes and attachments after two years.

You have to be a workspace admin to set a retention policy.

Note: once you make a change, we will immediately delete all topics and recordings that are older than the retention period you have set.
